Do plans include automated connectors?

Connectors are in preview. Starter and Pro users can request access once their data import flow is stable. Enterprise preview customers get shared roadmap reviews.

Can I stay on Starter after the Pro trial?

Yes. After 14 days you can stay on Starter with manual imports and single budget alerting, or upgrade to keep unlimited budgets and priority support.

How does billing work?

Pro subscriptions renew monthly via Stripe. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing.

What support do I get with each plan?

Starter includes community support and help center access. Pro includes priority email support with 24-hour response time. Enterprise includes dedicated support with 4-hour response time and phone support for critical issues.

Is there a self-hosted option?

Not today. The roadmap focuses on managed SaaS with optional export tooling.
