By accessing and using CloudCost Lite, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Service Description

CloudCost Lite provides cloud cost management and optimization services, including cost analysis, budget monitoring, and cost optimization recommendations for AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.

Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial for new users. No credit card is required to start your trial. You may cancel your trial at any time without charge.

Subscription and Billing

After the trial period, you may choose to subscribe to one of our paid plans. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information
• Maintaining the security of your account
• Complying with applicable laws and regulations
• Not using the service for illegal purposes

Data and Privacy

Your data privacy is important to us. We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data, and we will not sell or share your data with third parties.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We will notify you of planned maintenance and work to minimize service disruptions.

Limitation of Liability

CloudCost Lite is provided "as is" without warranties. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will delete your data within 30 days.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service.
